Refunds:

No Refunds. No exceptions.

 

Final Sale (NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE):

• TRU Student Discount purchases

• Elder’s Day purchases

• Consignment items

• Fabric, notions, food, and bath & body products

• All discounted or sale items

All other sales are exchange-only within 30 days.

 

Exchanges

In-store Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

Items must be in UNUSED condition and in original packaging.

Online Exchange:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory in any way, you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to exchange the item if it is unused and in original packaging.

You will need to repack your purchase in its original packaging, and ship it back to our store at your cost. Please keep your tracking information. 4 Generations Creations is not responsible for missing or damaged parcels.

To return an item(s)

• Please email us at Orders@4GenerationsCreations.ca with these details: your name, your order number, and why you are returning the item.

• Mail the item back to us.

Once your returning item has been received and inspected, we'll exchange your item. You will then be sent an invoice for any additional costs & shipping.
