Shipping

Canadian Orders:

  • 4 Generations Creations uses multiple shipping courier services. We ask for up to 3-5 business days to pick, pack, & ship your order. Once the order has shipped out, it should typically arrive within 5-8 business days in Canada.

United States Orders:

  • Due to ongoing tariffs, 4 Generations Creations can no longer ship to the USA.

Processing:

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day whenever possible; however, we kindly ask for 3–5 business days for order processing and packing. We understand you may be eager to receive your parcel, but as a small business, we do not have the same fulfillment capacity as large corporations like Amazon. We truly appreciate your patience and support of our small business 💖

Example: 

If you place your order on Monday, we ask for a grace period of up until Friday to process your order.

If you place your order on Friday, we ask for a grace period of up until the following Thursday to process your order.

Rush/1-Day Orders:

4 Generations Creations can ship parcels “rush” or “1-day” when available. This is at the expense of the customer and must be pre-paid before we ship your order. 4 Generations Creations can not guarantee shipping times and shipping orders “rush/1-day” is at the risk of the customer.

Tracking:

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Address Error:

If an order is returned to us from the mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid address, 4 Generations Creations will charge additional shipping fees to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Inputting the correct address, contact email, and contact phone number is the responsibility of the customer.

If there is a mistake on your address, please e-mail Orders@4GenerationsCreations.ca ASAP. We can not fix any customer address errors once the order has shipped. It would then be the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping courier to change their address. The customer is responsible for any additional charges.

Shipping Time/Missing Packages/Missed Deliveries:

4 Generations Creations is NOT responsible for shipping times, missing packages, or missed deliveries. Shipping is out of our control once it leaves our store but we will work with you to help resolve any issues/problems that occur.

  • Shipping times are at the discretion of the courier. 4 Generations Creations has no control over this. Please keep in mind that December is typically busy for all couriers and shipping times may be longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • It is the customers responsibility to report any missing parcels to the courier immediately. This is important because trace/Investigations can take up to 10 business days or more.
  • It is the customers responsibility to be available to receive their parcel. Missed deliveries cause delays & we want to ensure you get your products.

Damages:

4 Generations Creations is not responsible for any damages that could occur during shipping BUT if your package arrives damaged, please take a picture and email it to: Orders@4GenerationsCreations.ca with your name, order number, picture, and description of the damage. We will work with you to file an Insurance claim from the courier.

Product Errors:

If there is an error with your package, please contact Orders@4GenerationsCreations.ca within 14 days of receiving your package so we can fix any mistakes. We do require pictures of original packaging and the packing slip with your shipping error claim.
